How to Find Your Eyeconic Order Status
You’ve ordered new glasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses from Eyeconic and can’t wait for them to arrive. We get it! While we work hard to deliver products on time every time, you can look over our shoulder to check in on the status of your order.
If you created an Eyeconic account at the time of purchase, just log in and click on “My Account” for the order status. You should’ve also received a confirmation email with tracking details.
What if you didn’t create an account? We’ve got you covered. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Your order number.
- The email address attached to your order.
- Your shipping ZIP code.

How long does it take to ship glasses, sunglasses, and contacts?Shipping times vary based on the delivery option you selected at checkout.
For glasses, choosing the fastest delivery method will have new frames in your hands within 7-10 business days. Free ground shipping on prescription and non-prescription glasses takes 9-14 business days from the time your order is validated by an uploaded RX or your eye doctor’s verification.
Non-prescription sunglasses often get to your door in less time; free ground shipping should have them there in 4-7 business days, while expedited options can cut that to 2-3 business days.
Contact lenses follow a similar schedule, taking 4-7 business days at most. Order status
Why isn't my order here yet?There are several reasons an order can take longer than we’d like, including:
- Extra time might be needed to verify a prescription with your eye doctor.
- Shipping delays can occur due to weather conditions.
